Introducing ‘Trainer Tom’ from Tom Hynes Personal Coaching. In addition to doing strength and conditioning work with some of our Senior teams, Tom also conducts general strength and conditioning sessions for the public at our fields. These happen at 5:30 pm on Monday and Wednesday evenings and 6:00 am on Tuesday and Thursday mornings.
Tom has been operating group fitness sessions in the neighbourhood since 2006 and has helped hundreds of locals of all fitness levels to get into better shape, move better and feel better.
Sessions are suitable for pretty much any fitness level, and to encourage our community to come and give them a try, Tom is offering a very special introductory offer of 4 sessions for $40 (normally $80) to any members, family, and friends of the Westside Grovely community.
