How to Register

Miniroos / Juniors / Seniors / Masters

Registration is a revised process in 2025. Please read the information below before proceeding. All Metro MiniRoos, Metro Juniors & Metro Seniors must complete all steps before registration is complete.

Football Queensland utilises Squadi to manage registrations, team allocations and game day experience for the 2025 Football Season. PlayFootball is the platform utilised by our national governing body, Football Australia. Registration through both platforms is mandatory and all associated fees and charges must be finalised before registration is active.

Steps:

  1. Click the relevant registration link below to be directed to the Squadi login page.
  2. Complete the registration process in Squadi by selecting “Westside Sports Club Inc” as your preferred Club.
  3. Select the relevant club product in Squadi (MiniRoos, Metro Juniors, Metro Men / Women, Masters)
    • If you are registering as a Junior and have a FairPlay voucher you will need to enter this here under “Government Voucher” (see instructions below under FairPlay Voucher heading)
  4. Complete payment (covers both club and FQ governing body fees)
  5. Follow the mandatory prompt to a popup that links directly to the LetsPlayFootball registration page and complete payment of FA’s National Registration Fee.
    • Please note that players must be made active in both Squadi and LetsPlayFootball to be eligible to participate in any fixtures.
    • If the pop up does not appear, please go to https://www.playfootball.com.au/register to login and complete the registration process.
