With Jo coming on board in 2024 to continue on from the fantastic platform Greg Martin has put in place over the past few Seasons, it is exciting times ahead for our Westside Juniors.

Jo is currently finalising her C Football Diploma in coaching and already holds various Community Football & Miniroos certification.

In 2023, Jo was Head Coach for the U13 FQ Academy League Girls at Moreton Bay United FC & Mentor for the ACE girls development team. In 2017-2020, Jo coached Academy Girls teams at Virginia United FC along with facilitating both basic skills & advanved School Holiday clinics for both boys & girls.

From 2017 to present, Jo has been involved in school programs such as the Football Star Academy and Football coordinator and Head Coach at Clayfield College & Mary McKillop College.

Jo will also assist with female & girls football development at Westside, including assisting the Senior Women’s teams.

Over the years, Jo has always coached – no matter the age or level – by her three main tips for her players:
1. Always have fun!
2. Always give 100%! and
3. Never give up!
